Harrisonburg Gift & Thrift values the support of our Sponsor Churches. Our sponsor churches promote Gift & Thrift as a great place to volunteer and recommend us as a preferred place to take donated items. In return, we keep them informed of our financial position, MCC donations, and we also reach out to these churches when we have positions open on Board of Directors.
In 2019, MCC US reported that donations from MCC Thrift stores in the US accounted for one third of their income. Gift & Thrift is proud to be a part of this incredible network of MCC Thrift stores that supports the effort and work of MCC globally.
